<p>Do you have the same experience?</p>
<p>Thanks.

<description><p>Hi AK talk, Im a navy vet, that got introduce to the wonderful world of firearms about a year ago when my friend took me out to shoot his AR15, next payday i got an FNX9 next one after i got a Bulgarian AK-74. That was when i lived in Washington State, since then i moved back to my native Puerto Rico, and let me tell you getting the guns here was a pain since criminal activity is one of the highest in the hemisphere. Anyway im looking forward to learn a lot from you guys

<blockquote><p><cite>Timofeyevich <a href="http://aktalk.com/introductions/hey-all#post-73">said</a>:</cite> Friday1, Well, have they got around to giving you the thumbs up yet? &lt;img src=&quot;http://aktalk.com/my-plugins/bb-smilies/default/icon_wink.gif&quot; title=&quot;;-)&quot; class=&quot;bb_smilies&quot; /&gt; Sorry about the picture upload. Right now it doesn't automatically resize pictures that are too big, it just rejects them. That will be fixed in the near future. As a matter of fact, you can post a trouble ticket for that in the Support section of the forum and be notified when it gets fixed. It will also make a permanent spot on my TODO list for it, as I've got a lot of irons in the fire right now. For now, you can go to <a href="http://picresize.com" rel="nofollow">http://picresize.com</a> and </p>
<p>choose 50% smaller and that should be good enough, if that was the <br />problem.</p>
<p>I figure it was my being a computer nimrod. Where is my nine year old nephew when I need him?? I have that electrical aura that stops the best Casio watches and makes the Timex auto winders over-wind. <br />I got accepted by my gun club. Went out shooting my Tantal and got the barrel broke in with repeated cleanings and sort of sighted in the ball park. I had a great time and happy to report that the rifle performed flawlessly for 200+ rounds. <br />The side folder is a little short so I installed a Tapco composite side folder and it fits like an old shoe now. Will get back to the range soon. Pics are stuck in there somewhere. I'll send them when they show up again.<br />Friday<br />Friday<a href="//tantal" rel="lightbox77"><img src="http://aktalk.com/tumbs/tumb_5e2adcc9ccfb3ff3d5acd6d7ea0ee2e7_tantal" /></a></p></blockquote></description>

They are made from the parts of a 30 round Thermold magazine. You pay for the magazine and the extra parts it takes to make them. If we add up the money and time its takes to make them, we actually make less money off of the 10/30 magazines than just selling a regular 30 round Thermold magazine. We do it so our friends in CA will have good magazines to shoot with while being legal at the same time.&#160;Conversion Info: “MA 10/30” Thermold AK-47 magazine has the super hi-tech Mitchel Armory proprietary round reducing insert that is permanently fixed inside the magazine to conform with California law."</div></div><div><br /></div><div><a href="https://mitchelarmory.com/products-page/ca-legal/ak-47-steel-10rd-mag">AK-47 10rd heavy duty metal mags&#160;</a></div><div><a href="https://mitchelarmory.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/IMG_1726-300x300.jpg" rel="lightbox75"><img src="http://aktalk.com/tumbs/tumb_9aaedf8e763260ee86d09206fc5c3059_IMG_1726-300x300.jpg" /></a><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>&#60;meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"&#62;<a href="https://mitchelarmory.com/products-page/ca-legal/ak-47-thermold-10rd-magazine">AK-47 10rd Thermold magazines</a><br /></div><div><a href="https://mitchelarmory.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/10rd-AK-thermold-300x300.jpg" rel="lightbox75"><img src="http://aktalk.com/tumbs/tumb_d7ce3c202842dc73edd42baa16d52822_10rd-AK-thermold-300x300.jpg" /></a><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><a href="https://mitchelarmory.com/products-page/rebuild-kits">AK-47 Re-Build Kits for your old warn out Hi-cap mags (or to make 10rders out of)</a></div><div>And if they don't have them in that section but have the mag you need in the store then when they see the CA address on the order they will make it a Re-Build Kit for you at no extra charge.&#160;</div><div><a href="https://mitchelarmory.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/rebuild-Thermold-AK-1303-300x300.jpg" rel="lightbox75"><img src="http://aktalk.com/tumbs/tumb_5bc4109aab312678100a2e810df8d8e8_rebuild-Thermold-AK-1303-300x300.jpg" /></a><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Hope this helps.....&#160;</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div>

			<description><p>Friday1,</p>
<p>Well, have they got around to giving you the thumbs up yet? &lt;img src=&quot;http://aktalk.com/my-plugins/bb-smilies/default/icon_wink.gif&quot; title=&quot;;-)&quot; class=&quot;bb_smilies&quot; /&gt; </p>
<p>Sorry about the picture upload. </p>
<p>For now, you can go to <a href="http://picresize.com" rel="nofollow">http://picresize.com</a> and choose 50% smaller and that should be good enough, if that was the problem.

<description><p>Being a newbie to AK's it is confusing to someone still on the outside, what&#160;all the abbreviations mean. Here are some I have not cracked yet:<br />PSL<br />FN<br />FAL<br />AMD-65<br />IIRC<br />SAR 1<br />and what is milled and de-milled referring to? There are more abbreviations but these I wrote down just yesterday. Thanks in advance, Friday
